What Is This?

The Cult of Usakumya is a lolita webring with an intent to connect lolitas from around the web. All substyles are welcome. It is actively maintained by chronically online old schooler ophanimkei.

This is not a listing service, but a webring. You must have the widget on your site to be part of the ring. Please see the rules before applying.

Pruning 9/2/2026: the webring has been pruned. Sites that removed all EGL content have been removed. Some sites I let join with the benefit of the doubt it'd be added later because they were obviously lolitas to me have also been removed! Dead links have been removed. Sites that removed all content for construction purposes have been removed. Please know you can always reapply or poke me in my guestbook. I keep all entries in my database.

Coquette/Cute Site Notice: There has been an influx of coquette and other cutesy themed sites applying. While naturally there is a lot of overlap, for the purpose of this ring, they are differentiated. This also applies to other lacy aesthetics/artworks (magical girls, other sweet fashions, etc). I try to look for things related to the subculture specifically in these cases.
